　　柳军表示，《报告》分析了2023年面临的国际国内形势，从7个方面呈现了2023年中国打击侵权假冒工作的措施与成效：

　　一是顶层设计持续优化。2023年，中国政府强化政策引领，大力推进知识产权强国建设；加大改革力度，着力优化打击侵权假冒工作体制；深化沟通合作，有力促进部门地区协同联动，保障知识产权事业务实高效开展。

　　二是法律法规更加健全。2023年，中国政府围绕进一步加强行政管理、加大保护力度、优化工作机制三个方面，不断健全、完善更好满足知识产权事业发展需要的法律法规体系，打击侵权假冒法治根基进一步筑牢。

　　三是行政执法不断强化。2023年，中国政府积极回应人民群众关切，聚焦重点领域、重点产品、重点环节，坚持整治到底、震慑到位，持续推进、综合发力，权利人、消费者权益得到更好维护，市场秩序也得到进一步规范。

　　四是司法保护高效推进。2023年，中国司法机关统筹推进刑事打击、检察监督、司法审判，对侵犯知识产权犯罪持续保持高压态势，知识产权综合司法保护能力和水平也在不断提高。需要特别说明的是，在《报告》的行政执法和司法保护部分，我们加入了大量典型案例，供大家参考研读。
